Hand-selected buds and upper leaves of green tea.

Cinnamon sticks and ginger are crushed by hand.

To keep the taste and aroma of cardamom fresh, they are gently crushed with an old-fashioned mortar and pestle.  It is added to each pack separately as the final step, just before the bags are sealed

Ingredients:

Green tea, Ginger, Peppermint, Cinnamon, Rose petals, Cardamom and Lemon Balm.

How to use:

Use one teaspoon of Daily Energizer in a cup of hot water. Wait for 8-10 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
